The United States Postal Service (USPS) delivers mail to each tenant suite. Outgoing mail is also collected by USPS from an outgoing mail drop located in the mailroom of the 6029 Walnut Grove building.
Parcel carriers like FedEx, UPS and Amazon will deliver small packages to tenant suites.
Large deliveries and freight for 6025 and 6027 Walnut Grove take place at the loading dock on the Concourse Level between Medical Plaza II and Medical Plaza III. The entrance to the lot is located just before the awning at the valet entrance for Medical Plaza III. Freight deliveries are made to this same location. Loading dock deliveries are restricted to trucks less than 10 feet in height.
Important Note: If you are expecting a delivery of furniture or other large objects, please contact the Management Office. Any major deliveries and/or removals require advanced reservation of the freight elevator by the tenant. This is to ensure a tenant receives priority over daily building deliveries.
